Most agencies commit two to four hours per week per person during the core of the program. That includes trainings, implementation labs, and time spent building the systems into real client work.

At minimum, your lead strategist or SEO lead plus one person who executes the work. Many agencies also include a content lead and an account manager so the systems run across strategy, execution, and client communication.
