Questions, answered
What counts as a new content asset?
A completed new article, landing page, comparison page, service page, or other content deliverable counts as one content asset. Research, briefs, editing, publishing, and exporting do not count separately.
What counts as a content optimization?
A completed Optimize workflow for one existing page counts as one content optimization. It audits the page against its target topic and available research, then helps you improve it.
What is a full-document rewrite?
A full-document rewrite replaces an existing generated draft with a newly generated version. Manual changes and smaller targeted edits do not count as rewrites.
Do failed runs or retries use my allowance?
No. A run counts only after Rankability saves a usable result. Failed attempts release the reserved allowance, and retrying the same job does not count twice.
What does unlimited Researcher mean?
Researcher has no monthly usage counter for normal interactive research, clustering, prioritization, and content research. Fair-use, concurrency, per-run, and anti-automation safeguards still apply.
What are Routines?
Routines create content on a recurring schedule. Choose your topics, publishing destination, and cadence. Rankability creates each content asset and saves it as a draft for review.
Does content created by a Routine count toward my monthly allowance?
Yes. Each content asset successfully completed by a Routine uses one new content asset. Creating, pausing, or editing a Routine does not use your allowance.
What happens when a Routine finishes its topic list?
The Routine pauses before repeating a topic and can suggest new topics for your approval. Once approved, the Routine can continue.
Is API and MCP access included with every plan?
Yes. Every plan includes API and MCP access for creation, optimization, research, and workspace data. Higher tiers include greater request capacity and processing priority.
Can I connect Rankability to AI agents?
Yes. API and MCP access let supported agents and external workflows use Rankability without browser automation. Access remains limited to the capabilities and data you authorize.
Can I invite my entire team?
Yes. Every plan includes unlimited users. Plan limits apply to active workspaces and monthly output—not collaborators.
What is an active workspace?
A workspace is a distinct content environment with its own Knowledge Base, voice, settings, and projects. Your plan determines how many workspaces can remain active at once.
Can I pay annually?
Yes. Annual billing saves approximately 17% compared with paying monthly. Your content, optimization, rewrite, and Routine allowances still reset monthly from your subscription date.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. Upgrades can take effect immediately after payment succeeds. Downgrades and annual-to-monthly changes are scheduled for the applicable billing boundary shown before you confirm the change.
Are there automatic overage charges?
No. Rankability will not automatically charge you when you reach an allowance. You can wait for the next monthly reset or choose a plan with more capacity.
