Is the free account a trial?

No. Your free account does not expire and does not require a credit card. It includes one complete new article and two existing-page optimizations. You decide if and when you want to upgrade.

What happens after I use my free allowance?

Nothing is automatically charged or deleted. You can continue accessing, editing, exporting, and publishing the content you have already created. Upgrade whenever you want to create or optimize more content.

Will I be automatically upgraded?

No. Rankability does not automatically convert free accounts into paid subscriptions or charge overage fees. You must deliberately select a paid plan.

Can I automate content publishing?

Scale and Custom plans support scheduled and autonomous workflows. Rankability can also send reviewed content to connected publishing destinations. However, we recommend keeping a human approval step before content reaches your live website. Rankability can automate the research, strategy, drafting, editing, and delivery work without asking you to surrender final editorial judgment.

Will my content rank in Google or get cited by AI?

No responsible content platform can guarantee rankings or citations. Rankability helps you produce stronger, more relevant content, but content quality is only one part of search performance. Results also depend on keyword selection, website authority, backlinks, internal linking, technical health, indexing, competition, and how well the finished asset satisfies the searcher. Rankability gives you the research and editorial foundation. Your website and strategy still matter.

What if I already have a writer and don't want an AI-generated draft?

Use Manual mode. Rankability will analyze the search landscape, extract competitor topics, identify relevant entities, and place those recommendations inside the editor. Your writer can create the content while using Rankability's research and optimization guidance.

Can I optimize content that has already been published?

Yes. Enter the target topic and the existing URL. Rankability extracts the page, compares it against the current search landscape, and helps you improve the content without discarding your starting point.

Is Google Search Console required?

No. You can use Copywriter without connecting Google Search Console. Connecting it gives Rankability more information about the queries and pages already producing visibility for your website, which can improve opportunity discovery.

Can Rankability write in my brand voice?

Yes. Rankability builds a brand profile from your website and any additional writing samples or instructions you provide. You can review and update that profile before using it across future assets.

What happens if a generation fails?

Failed generations, automatic retries, and system repairs do not consume another content allowance. An allowance is used only when the workflow reaches its defined completed deliverable.

Does deeper research consume more article allowances?

No. One completed new article consumes one article allowance, regardless of the research coverage included with your plan. The research sources affect the evidence available to the workflow — not how many article allowances it uses.

What languages do you support?

Rankability currently offers 32 language and locale options, including US and UK English, Arabic, Chinese, French, German, Hindi, Japanese, Portuguese, Spanish, and more.

Can I use Copywriter for multiple websites or clients?

Yes. The number of active brand or website workspaces depends on your plan. Each workspace keeps its own brand voice, knowledge sources, assets, content projects, and publishing connections.

Does Rankability replace a human editor?

It reduces the editor's workload, but it should not eliminate editorial judgment. Rankability handles the repetitive research, drafting, coverage analysis, and initial review. A knowledgeable human should still approve important claims, add proprietary experience, confirm brand nuance, and decide what gets published.

Can I export my content?

Yes. Manual editing, exporting, and publishing do not consume article or optimization allowances. You can move completed content into your existing workflow or use a supported publishing integration.

Do I need to sign a contract?

No contract is required for Free, Essential, Pro, or Scale monthly plans. Custom plans may include negotiated capacity, onboarding, support, security, or service terms.
