Search Performance Index (SPI)
A composite 0–100 score combining:
- Traditional Search Performance (Google, Bing, DuckDuckGo, Brave)
- Video Performance (YouTube Search, Google Video Pack)
- AI Mention Score (how often AI platforms mention the brand)
- AI Citation Score (how often AI platforms cite the brand's content)
Rated Strong (70+), Moderate (40–69), or Weak (below 40). Track trends over time to show clients their total brand visibility trajectory.
AI Search Performance Score
Focused metric for AI platform visibility:
- Mention rate: percentage of tracked queries where the brand is mentioned
- Average position: where in the AI response the brand appears
- Platform coverage: how many AI platforms mention the brand
- Expandable detail: see the full AI response, exact mention text, and competitor context
Citation Visibility Score
Measures how well a client's content serves as a cited source in AI responses:
- Coverage rate: percentage of queries where the brand's content is cited
- Citation impact: weighted score based on citation prominence
