How it works
The content-to-publish workflow
Research and write
Enter a keyword in the Copywriter. Rankability analyzes up to 45 sources across Google, AI platforms (ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, Grok), and Brave Search. It generates a content brief, NLP entity list, and a full AI draft — or you can write manually with real-time scoring.
Optimize in the editor
Use the real-time content score (0–100) to ensure coverage. The scoring system weights keyword coverage (85%) and strategic placement (15%) — primary keyword in title, H1, first 100 words, meta description, and early headings. Inline AI actions let you rewrite, expand, or shorten any section.
Publish to WordPress
Click Export > WordPress. Enter your WordPress site URL and username. Authenticate using a WordPress Application Password (generated in WordPress > Users > Profile > Application Passwords). Choose to publish immediately or save as a draft. Headings, lists, bold, italic, links, and images are all preserved.

Simple, secure, no plugins
No plugins needed
Rankability uses the WordPress REST API, which is built into every WordPress installation (version 4.7+). No third-party plugins to install or maintain.
Application Passwords for security
Authentication uses WordPress Application Passwords — a built-in feature that generates a separate password specifically for API access. Your main WordPress login credentials are never shared with Rankability.
Connection testing
Before your first publish, use the built-in connection tester. Rankability checks REST API availability, authentication, and user permissions, and tells you exactly what to fix if something isn't configured correctly.
Save settings per client
Store your WordPress site URL and username in client settings so you don't have to re-enter them for every article. The Application Password is entered at publish time for security.
