Content pipelines
Trigger a Rankability Copywriter job whenever a new row appears in a Google Sheet, an Airtable record is created, or a Trello card moves to "Ready." The API's auto mode runs end-to-end — research, brief, and AI draft — and delivers a publish-ready article back to your workflow.
Tracking alerts
When Rankability detects a ranking change or an SPI score drop, fire a Zap that posts to Slack, sends an email, or updates a project management tool. Stay on top of client performance without logging into the platform.

Setup
How it works
Generate an API key
Go to Settings > API keys in Rankability. Create a key with the scopes you need (e.g., copywriter:run, reporter:read, clients:write). Copy the key — it starts with rk_live_ and is shown once.
Create a Zap
In Zapier, add a trigger (e.g., "New Row in Google Sheets"). Then add Rankability as the action step using Zapier's Webhooks by Zapier module. Point the webhook at the relevant Rankability API endpoint.
Map your data
Map fields from your trigger into the Rankability API request body. For example, map the "Keyword" column to the topic field and "Client Name" to client_id.
Test and activate
Run a test to confirm data flows correctly. Activate the Zap and let it run. Rankability handles research, drafting, and tracking automatically from that point forward.

Rate limits: 30–120 requests/minute depending on your plan. Authentication: Bearer token using your rk_live_ API key.
