Stack comparison

One platform, fewer subscriptions

Rankability isn't a single-purpose tool. It combines keyword research, content creation, rank tracking, AI visibility monitoring, and client reporting into one workspace. Here's exactly which tools it can replace in your stack.

What Rankability doesn't replace

Backlink prospecting tools

Rankability's Promoter monitors your backlink profile (domain authority, referring domains, anchor text, top pages), but it's focused on monitoring rather than active link prospecting. If outreach-based link building is central to your workflow, you may still want a dedicated backlink tool.

PPC / paid advertising tools

Rankability is focused on organic search and AI visibility. It doesn't manage Google Ads, Facebook Ads, or other paid channels.

Social media management

Rankability doesn't schedule social posts, track social engagement, or manage social media accounts.

Full CRM

Rankability manages SEO client relationships (workspaces, projects, reports), but it's not a full CRM for sales pipeline management.

The math

The math

Typical fragmented stack

  • Keyword research $99–$249/mo
  • Content optimization $89–$219/mo
  • Rank tracker $50–$100/mo
  • Client reporting $79–$479/mo
Total $317–$1,047/mo

Rankability

  • Core (5 clients, 3 seats) $199/mo
  • Team (15 clients, 5 seats) $399/mo
  • Agency (50 clients, 15 seats) $799/mo

Even on the Agency plan, the total cost is competitive with or lower than a fragmented stack — and you get AI visibility tracking that none of the individual tools offer.

"The best feature is the content optimization — easily tweak your content to be found in Google. We have tried Surfer and this is much easier, and my content ranks better."

— Eric T., Sales Manager · G2
