Rankability Certified Agency Program Rules

Program overview

Eligibility requirements

To qualify as a Rankability Certified Agency, an agency must meet all of the following requirements:

• Maintain an active Rankability subscription
• Be a customer in good standing
• Have at least one team member who has completed the required certification
• Submit accurate agency and public profile information
• Agree to comply with these program rules and badge usage guidelines

Rankability may request updated information if needed to confirm eligibility.

Maintaining active certification

Certification remains active only while an agency continues to meet the program requirements.

To keep certification active, an agency must:

• maintain an active Rankability subscription
• remain in good standing
• maintain at least one certified team member associated with the agency
• keep its public profile information reasonably accurate

Rankability may review certification status periodically and request confirmation of continued eligibility.

Badge usage guidelines

Agencies with active certification may use the Rankability Certified Agency badge in approved marketing and sales materials.

Approved uses

• agency website
• proposals
• sales decks
• case studies
• email signatures
• LinkedIn and other social profiles
• other brand materials that accurately reflect active certification status

Not allowed

• editing or altering the badge design
• using the badge after certification becomes inactive
• implying Rankability owns, operates, or formally endorses the agency beyond certification status
• making misleading claims about guaranteed results, exclusive partner status, or referral rights
• presenting the badge in a way that confuses certification with employment, ownership, or legal partnership

Use of the badge must accurately reflect current certification status at all times.

Public directory listing

Approved agencies may be included in the Rankability Certified Agencies directory and may receive a public profile page.

Rankability reserves the right to:

• approve or reject profile submissions
• edit formatting for consistency
• request clarification on submitted details
• remove or unpublish listings that are inaccurate, outdated, misleading, or no longer eligible

Directory inclusion is based on current eligibility and does not guarantee leads, referrals, or endorsement beyond active certification status.

When certification becomes inactive

An agency's certification may become inactive if any of the following occur:

• the agency cancels its Rankability subscription
• the account is no longer in good standing
• the agency no longer has at least one certified team member
• the agency provides false or misleading information
• the badge is used in a misleading or unauthorized way
• the agency no longer meets the program requirements

If your certification becomes inactive

If certification becomes inactive:

• the agency may no longer present itself as a Rankability Certified Agency
• badge usage rights are revoked
• the agency may be removed from the public directory
• public profile pages may be unpublished or marked inactive

Reinstatement

An agency whose certification has become inactive may be eligible to reapply if it again meets the current program requirements. Reinstatement is not automatic and may require a new review.

This program may change over time, and Rankability may update the requirements, benefits, or rules at its discretion.
